I was just thinking I don't have much leopard in my wardrobe. I may need to remedy this as I really like this look. And I like the fact that your little bag isn't black to co-ordinate with the outfit. Little details but they all add up as a whole.
Love the jacket! Reminds me of the Stella McCartney print. I'd love a semi-sheer leopard print silk blouse like the ones by Equipment, maybe with white jeans, but I'd have to try it on first to make sure it's not too overwhelming.
I ended up in Barneys yesterday (somehow that happens...) and tried them on as I'm always look for high rise skinnies. I agree, they're more mid-rise than high.
Great outfit! I'm wearing a uniform these days of black skinny pants from dace and a french-striped tee. Either ankle boots or Dieppa Restrepo oxfords on the feet.
I absolutely love the jacket. A leopard print with personality without being garish, ah the dream!
Also I've been taking advantage of what seems like the last few days of cool weather before it starts to really warm up, so it's been crewneck sweater + button down shirt + black or dark wash jeans + loafers or oxfords day in and day out since Monday.
So lovely - I'm not a leopard person but that jacket might change my mind - so understated! You convinced me to buy a pair of the SE sandals and I am excited for them to arrive...
The bag looks glorious and you know how much I love those shoes. My spring uniform is built around lightweight scarves and my Trinas - really enjoying my nude/white pair at the moment. Usually worn with a delicate necklace, a dress or a draped top and my silk-cuffed trousers.
Great look! Very inspiring! I love the mix of colors and the leopard jacket makes it all work. I'm totally saving this styling idea... for when sun and higher temperatures come back...
Just love your look! I've been searching for a print jacket too but no luck at all so far. I think it's the perfect update. Great bag and sandals too. I've been wearing jeans, tees and knit jackets or cardigans this week and loving it. Not quite warm enough for dresses, bare legs and sandals yet which is what I'm looking forward to most.
I swear I don't have a foot fetish but you have the nicest feet. Your toes are in perfect descending order! When I was little, I was told my feet were ugly because my second toe is longer than my big toe. So, of course, I grew up always noticing people's toe lengths.
I love your love for leopard Sophie! As you were the one who inspired me to get both a leopard scarf and a leopard jacket I have great trust in your animal-print-wearing skills. That jacket looks really good on you!
How chic you look! And your bag is gorgeous- it looks really luxe. I wish I could start wearing sandals, but I've been feeling so cold lately. My feet would freeze.
Really liking your leopard jacket. I've always been a fan of leopard print (in the more subtle way than like, let's say Jersey Shores) but was never brave enough to wear it. I will conquer that fear soon!

ReplyDeletethanks Sue - i've been really bored with black lately. definitely in the mood to explore more colors/ neutrals!
DeleteI've always been a little scared of leopard (or animal prints, but I really like how you've paired it with neutral colors.
ReplyDeleteit's just a matter of choosing the right one! :)

ReplyDeletekoko - i think i've seen that blouse on sale. but you can def try vintage shops to try out that look for much less too...
DeleteHow do you like those jeans? Is the 'high rise', actually high? I've been wearing my apc duffle in this chilly spring.
ReplyDeletehi hi! the jeans are great. not super duper ridiculously high rise. i'm really into a mid/higher rise this spring!

ReplyDeletehaha! thanks! i've never thought much about feet, but perhaps i should look into foot modeling as a side gig...
DeleteThat coat is great! I got myself some "lynx" print rain booties and have been wearing them all week (rain or shine).
ReplyDeletethat sounds pretty fierce. and i love a cheery/fun rainboot - such a great idea.
DeleteLove the leopard!
